Small Group Personal Training

Grab your best friend, a neighbour, co-worker, family member and get training! Small group training is a fun option to try with someone who you like to rise to the challenge and results with. Working out with a partner or two keeps you and others motivated to keep working. Sticking to a workout plan can be difficult but having someone going through the process by your side, it might just feel a little more fun. i will design sessions that work for you and your partner(s) to meet everyone's individual fitness levels, whilst ensuring that everyone is staying safe and maintaining perfect form throughout the entire session. As you progress and improve your strength, cardiovascular health, balance, endurance and more.
Fitness Programming

Nutritional Advice

Learn the importance of healthy eating and how to use it to reach your goals. Nutritional coaching can teach you proper portion sizes, the difference between macronutrients and the amount of each you should be having and help put together a plan that works best for your schedule. Just like exercise, nutritional needs are different for everyone, and I'll help guide you to what works best for your body.
